Return and Refund Policy – KBL Direct
At KBL Direct, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products including Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, and Coconuts. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or of poor quality at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).

Perishable goods such as onions, garlic, potatoes, and coconuts cannot be returned once they are accepted at the time of delivery, unless they are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be initiated via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchange

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Minor variations in size, weight, or color due to the natural nature of agricultural products will not be considered as defects.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if the request is made before dispatch/shipping.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
